Property Portfolio | Miami Real Estate Investment | Falconi Capital

Miami Beach, Florida

This gem of a property in the North Beach area of Miami Beach consists of two 2/1 units and six 1/1 units. Through cleaning, painting, and installing new windows and doors, we accomplished a reduction in expenditures and an increase in rent.

Hialeah, Florida

This 13-unit multifamily property in Hialeah, FL encompasses nearly half of an acre on the entire end of the block. New exterior paint, landscaping, and MEP work were completed. With the asset improved, the rents were increased and the property positioned for sale.

Miami, Florida

Consisting of large 1/1 units built in the Kings Creek Community, these properties are part of a very strong community association and located in a sought-after area, near malls, major highways, downtown Miami, and the Miami Airport.
